Terms and Services for Dark Raven Tactical LLC

1. Agreement to Terms:

By accessing the website [darkraventactical.com] or purchasing products/services from Dark Raven Tactical LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Services. If you do not agree, you must cease use of our services immediately. 

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions:

  • Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age (or 21 for specific restricted items) to register for qualified training. Age verification inquiry will be checked before any services permitted. Dark Raven Tactical LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone 

  • Legal Status: By placing an order, you represent that you are not legally prohibited from owning the items purchased under federal, state, or local laws. Dark Raven Tactical LLC is NOT an FFL, or Federal Firearms License company.  

3. Product Sales and Compliance:

  • Legal Compliance: You are responsible for knowing and obeying all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession and use of any item purchased from us.

  • International Shipping: We do NOT ship internationally at this time.

4. Safety and Assumption of Risk:

  • Legal Reasons to Refuse Service: You can legally turn away customers who are rude, rowdy, threatening, causing a scene, or violating established.
  • Safety and Operations: Dark Raven Tactical LLC has the Rights to Refuse Service if the customer cannot fulfill a request, have staffing issues, or if the customer poses a safety risk.

  • Inherent Risk: Tactical training and the use of tactical equipment involves inherent risks of personal injury or death. Dark Raven Tactical LLC, does not support or endorse anything outside of our official channels.

  • Assumption of Risk: By purchasing our products or attending training, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with their use. See Missouri liability form during attendance for training. 

  • Proper Training: You agree to seek professional instruction before using any tactical equipment or firearms.

5. Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dark Raven Tactical LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use our products.

  • Unauthorized access to your data.

  • Injuries or damages resulting from the misuse or "as-intended" use of tactical gear.

6. Intellectual Property:

All content on our website, including logos, designs, text, and images, is the property of Dark Raven Tactical LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our branding without sponsorship or express written permission.

7. Payments, Shipping, and Returns:

  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors.

  • Returns: "Returns are accepted within 30 days in original packaging, excluding custom orders." See exchange and return policy. 

  • Shipping: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

8. Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri where Dark Raven Tactical LLC is registered], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the court of law.

9. Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. We reserve the right of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our page periodically for possible changes.
