General Policy & Eligibility:

• Items purchased directly from darkraventactical.com are eligible for possible exchange/return within 30 days from the fulfillment date.
• All clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, free of any physical damages or alterations to the product(s) and must be returned in new condition with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
• Items showing any signs of use, including being worn, washed, altered, or removed from their original condition, are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

Holiday Extended Return Window:

• Purchases made between November 20th and January 20th will have an extended exchange/return window of 60 days from the date of purchase.

Ravens Nest Sale Items:

• All Ravens Nest Sales are FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on these items.
  

Exchanges:

• We offer FREE exchanges for size or product swaps (limited to 1 exchange per order).
• Please ship back your original item within 30 days or your exchange will be voided and no longer eligible.
• New exchange orders will ship out once the previous item has been placed back into Dark Raven Tactical LLC inventory.

Returns for Refund:

• Returns for a refund will have the return shipping cost deducted from the refund total. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are directly paid to the shipping carrier.

Processing Time:

• Please allow at least 1 week from the time your return or exchange is received for processing. Processing times vary depending on return volume and your payment method.

Third-Party Purchases:

• We can only accept exchanges/returns for items purchased directly from darkraventactical.com or our official media outlets.
• If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please contact the retailer directly to initiate a exchange/return.
